Vendor Registration

We hope that this year will be the biggest and best Groovefest yet, and to do that, we need participation from the wonderful Norman community. Specifically, we need the support of vendors to make the event possible.
Vendors participating in Groovefest should fill out the Vendor Registration Form linked on this page. This year, we will be charging a flat rate of $25 for any vendor selling artwork, crafts, books, or other merchandise. Commercial food vendors will be charged $75.
Student Vendor Registration

OU students or student groups who wish to have a table at Groovefest should fill out the Student Vendor Registration form.
If you wish to participate, please print and fill out the form and send it with your payment to:

After we receive your completed registration form, we will send you an information packet that includes:
- The location of your space in the park
- A booth number sign to display at your booth on the day of the event
- Additional details that apply to your unique vending situation
